Maple-Brown Abbott is an investment management company specialising in managing wholesale funds. The company was established in 1984 and is privately owned by directors and staff. Funds under management as at 30 September 2005 total $18.6 billion with $4.4 billion in six wholesale trusts and $14.2 billion in discrete mandates.

Our sole business is the management of investments for our clients and we do this by applying a value based investment approach.

Based in Sydney, we have a staff of 35 of which 15 are dedicated investment professionals. Robert Maple-Brown is non-executive chairman. The executive directors are John Kightley, Garth Rossler and Douglas Ayton.
